# Design Process

To be able to rich the set goals for this project the design journey starts with: 

1. Analysis of customer feedback and user paint points. 
2. Study the current performance of the function and explore alternative platform solutions.
3. Definition of user flows, functional specifications, and component mapping. 
4. Proposal validation through user testing.
5. Final visual design and project handoff.
