The customer feedback shows clear frustration primarily due to not knowing how to revert to the classic interface, as well as being unable to clearly identify the button's action, either through its iconography or copy. So, we had to review who is our target audience and understand their needs.
USER PERSON CONSIDERATIONS
We must take into account that the vast majority of New Factiva users come from the classic interface, which still provides key tools that have not been integrated into the new platform, which is why many will need to revert.
As Factiva is a platform used in different countries and languages, it is important to consider that many users do not have English as their native language. Therefore, the way to refer to this new functionality should be easy to recognize and translate.
